Welcome to Sprowston Hockey Club

Sprowston is a friendly club based in Sprowston, Norfolk. We run 2 women's teams, our 1st Team have just been promoted and will be playing in the East League 2009/2010 season and our 2nd Team play in the Martin & Acock League, Division 2. Some games are on grass at the club house on Barkers Lane, but most are on astro pitches at Redmayne Field, Norwich School or Taverham High School.

Training is on Tuesday evening from 6.30 to 7.30pm. We train at Framingham High School in Poringland. The Astro is round the back of the school and parking is free. We are always looking for new players and training is free so why not come along!
